Why engage our services?
Many organizations have formally adopted implemented telework (with formal telework programs and policies etc).

Many do not practice telework at all, despite that some of their employees want to telework and have job functions that are teleworkable.  One reason is that telework is a relatively new concept. In other cases, the company does not have the time or expertise and are simply uncertain of just how the benefits of telework can apply in their organizational environment.

Many other companies allow 'informal' telework - that is where there is no company program, and employees telework with the managerial approval. While this approach may yield benefits, these benefits are a far cry from the benefits of a company wide program. Furthermore, informal telework programs introduce many risks into the equation security, health, management, productivity, etc.

While organizations can design and implement telework programs themselves, it can be a complex, time consuming and costly proposition. There are also a great many key issues, risks and pitfalls that need to be addressed (including, legal, administrative, performance, managerial, etc.).

Having designed, managed, evaluated and/or improved some of Canada's oldest, largest and most successful telework programs, in both private and public sectors, we are considered as being among the very best. Our reputation for quality work extends internationally.
