About Bob Fortier
Bob Fortier is President
of InnoVisions Canada (http://www.ivc.ca),
a telework and
flexible work consulting organization. With over 22 years of focused experience
with
telework, he is considered a leading Canadian expert in this field. He is also

In 1989, he spent three
years developing and implementing a telework

this achievement, he received several awards including from the Governor
General and from two federal Cabinet Ministers.
Since then he has developed
and implemented several enterprise-wide flexible work programs — each designed to save costs, time and jobs, while helping
employees balance their work and personal lives. He is also well-versed
in strategies to help organizations maintain and improve employee
morale.
Bob Fortier works from his home office
